IP Associate - Austin, Texas
We are currently accepting resumes for an associate
position focused primarily on patent prosecution. Candidates will be
have two to five years experience in
prosecution of EE and/or CS patent applications. A B.S. or
M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Some experience in
IP litigation would be a plus although we are currently
looking for a candidate primarily interested in patent
prosecution. Eligibility to take the USPTO registration exam
(the Patent Bar) is required for consideration and USPTO
registration is required within one year.
