We are currently accepting resumes for an associate position focused primarily on patent prosecution and starting around the spring of 2008. The ideal candidates will be have two to five years experience in prosecution of EE and/or CS patent applications. A B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering is required. Some experience in IP litigation would be a plus although we are currently looking for a candidate primarily interested in patent prosecution. Eligibility to take the USPTO registration exam (the Patent Bar) is required for consideration and USPTO registration is required within one year.
