application preparation and prosecution in various technical
areas in electrical and electronic arts including computer
architecture, processor architecture, latches, clock
drivers, signal processing and propagation, delay circuits,
multiplexers, clock splitters, gating, amplifiers, clock
conditioners, business methods chemical processes,
industrial compositions, polycarbonate surfacing, automotive
accessories and mechanical systems.

litigation and other federal civil litigation including
pleadings, motions, negotiations, discovery, subpoenas,

Mr. Charpiot has over 14 years of
engineering experience in instrument and electrical
engineering design, specification, procurement, and project
management. Mr. Charpiot's engineering experience in
electrical engineering arts ranges from electronics to power
distribution and includes circuit analysis, software
applications, software development, artificial intelligence,
robotics, instrumentation, and control systems.
Mr. Charpiot has experience in the
fields of industrial and chemical manufacturing, including
supervisory control and data acquisition; distributed
control systems and programmable logic controllers;
industrial computer programming; basic instrument
measurement and control in the areas of pressure, flow,
temperature, and level; advanced instrument measurement and
control in the areas of process analyzers and gas
chromatography, including analyzer sample systems; safety
instrumented systems; boiler systems; steam turbine control
and safety systems; compressor, blower, pump, and fan
systems; power distribution; and industrial motor control,
including adjustable speed drives. |
